Rating:  - HTC Touch pro 2
The HTC Touch Pro 2 has the potential to be an excellent phone, there are however a few little flaws:
- The battery life is terrible, if you're leaving home for a few days the charger is a must have!
- The touch screen is sometimes none responsive, meaning that you have to sometimes press the item you want a couple of times.
- The "marketplace" (essentially an app store) needs work and more worth while apps.

Rating:  - Very poor battery
This phone suffers from a a very low battery - I dont use bluetooth, have it on GSM and use email and it still has to be charged twice a day. It is very annoying - I have a 3G phone that I cannot use on 3G or the battery will run out too quickly. I have tried all the battery saving tricks and I make sure to shut off all unused programmes but still has a really short life span.

Rating: - Great hardware, limited by Windows Mobile
HTC is an absolute beauty of a smartphone that is easy to use, stylish, and stable. the only problem is with battery life which we found to be a little below par. If you are a heavy user of features like GPS, or Wi-Fi or indeed want to spend a lot of time listening to music via your phone you may find you need to charge the HTC daily.
Rating:  - A few rough edges
This replaced an IPAQ 6915 running Windows Mobile 5. I was hoping that it would be more reliable than the IPAQ but in the 6 weeks I have been using it I have had the following reliability issues, a number of which mean that I couldn't be contacted:
1) Twice the phone connection has switched itself off, i.e. it wouldn't take or make calls. I only became aware of this when I checked the phone and was unaware that no one could ring me.

Rating:  - Great phone for messagining
Great phone just because of keyboard and 16:9 (800x480) screen but still can't play DivX/XviD rip smoothly with its screen resolution :).
Just FYI: I bought mine from this link and I've got T-Mobile USA version with dark keyboard and black keys which looks very good but a little bit strange since I live in UK and used UK shop recommended by HTC UK site.
