Rating:  - iPhone killer? Not sure, but it goes toe to toe.
The TP2 is a bit thicker than the iPhone, a bit heavier, but not quite as broad, but it does have the really slick slide out keyboard (I've got big fingers and it is easy to use).
The Windows 6.5 interface will be familiar to most users, and works smoothly, although having installed the SPB interface now it's more fun to play with (although SPB does crash occasionally). I've had my touch pro 2 for under a week but I'm really loving it so far.
In spite of all the criticism that gets levied at WinMo devices I'm so far very impressed, TouchFlo 3D is a considerable improvement over the standard interface and a definite worthwhile addition by HTC. Rating: - A serious smartphone for serious uses
Like most people considering spending this kind of money on a phone, I had to weigh up power versus cuteness. It's nice to have something cute and flashy, like the iPhone, but I actually need my phone to do things for me as well. The Touch Pro 2 is a good balance between the two, albeit with some compromises.

I've had this phone now for a couple of months and thought that i'd put my opinion of it for you to make your own judgement.
I like this phone because it's like haivng a mini computer in your hands as well as everything else. The screen is a good size and the qulaity is very good. I have all my contacts in it with their own ring tones, pictures names, addresses, emails, numbers and much more.

Here is a real life review of my experience using this phone. This is my 4th htc phone with keyboard.
The Bad.
The battery is the worst I have ever had. If I have it fully charged at 6pm, with bluetooth on for my headset and 1 h talk time at most, the rest of the time bluetooth is on but the phone is untouched. The next day at 12am, the phone is dead. That is 17h Standby and 1h talk time, I have tried to resolve this HTC more than twice to no avail, they say things like well you know bluetooth ... Read More
